Regional JODI Training Workshops

For more than one year now, the JODI partner organizations, organize regional training workshops on JODI. The purpose of these training workshops is to help participating countries to report better quality data in the JODI questionnaire; to offer participants an opportunity to get clarifications about the definitions, data quality assessment and oil data issues; and to share their experience on data validation best practices or data collections issues.

JODI Internships

The government of Norway has provided the IEF Secretariat additional funding to promote JODI among developing countries. This enables the IEF Secretariat to offer short-term internships at the IEF Secretariat Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for officials in developing countries dealing directly with oil market statistics.

A primary objective of the internships would be to strengthen working level contacts between the country in question and the JODI partner organizations as well as to improve and maintain the quality of national data submissions to JODI.
