Keys to the JODI World Database

The JODI World Database is work in progress. Data are not available for all flows, products and countries nor for all months.

Transparency is the key word behind JODI, the database tries to be as transparent as possible:

• confidence evaluations have been given to the data where possible. See comparability assessment methodology and colour coding.
  
• although priority was given to Top 30 producer and consumer countries, the database covers some 90 participating countries (even if there were only a few data points for some countries)

Work in progress means that the organisations running JODI are committed to strengthen their work and efforts to further improve timeliness, coverage and completeness of the data.

However, organisations need your comments and suggestions to make the database as useful as possible.
